FunderPro Review 2026: Is It Safe and Legit?

This FunderPro review covers how the firm works, what its challenge plans cost, how profit splits and payouts are structured, and where the information is still unclear. FunderPro is a prop firm, not a traditional broker, so the questions you should ask are different from those you would ask about a forex broker. Our rating for the firm is 3.60 out of 5.

FunderPro Overview

FunderPro is a proprietary trading firm that lets traders work toward access to firm capital through a challenge-style evaluation. You trade in a simulated (demo) account and must hit the set targets and stay within the risk limits to qualify. The firm was established in 2023 in Malta, which makes it a relatively new name in the prop trading market.

The firm's website highlights several features: a profit split of up to 90%, daily rewards, zero commission per lot, no trailing drawdown, and support for expert advisors (EAs) and news trading. Some of these claims are worth checking against the pricing tables, which we cover below.

How the FunderPro Challenge Works

Prop firm evaluations follow a general pattern, and FunderPro's model fits it. Understanding the steps helps you judge whether the costs make sense for your strategy.

  1. Choose a plan and account size. FunderPro offers Classic (2-Step), Pro (1-Step) and One Phase (Instant) plans, with account sizes from $5K to $200K.
  2. Pay the challenge fee. This is a one-off cost. It is not a deposit into a live trading account.
  3. Trade the simulated account. You must reach the profit target while respecting the maximum daily loss and maximum total loss limits.
  4. Move through the phases. Two-step plans require passing two phases, while the one-step and instant options shorten the process.
  5. Receive a funded account and request payouts. Profit splits and payout schedules apply once you are funded.

The site's pricing tables do not list time limits or minimum trading days for the evaluation phases. Before paying, check these details in the full rules, because they strongly affect how much time pressure you face.

Regulation and Safety

Our database does not confirm a financial regulator or licence for FunderPro, so we cannot state one here. This matters more for prop firms than for brokers, because you are paying a fee and relying on the firm to honour the funded account terms. Prop firms of this type are not the same as regulated brokers that hold client funds in segregated accounts.

Before buying a challenge, look for clear, written rules on profit targets, drawdown calculation, payout approval and account closure. Also look for a track record of paid-out traders that you can verify independently.

Account Types and Challenge Plans

FunderPro offers three main structures. The table below shows selected sizes with the discounted price using the promo code MYFB10, as listed on the site.

Plan Account size Price with code Regular price Profit split (as listed)
Classic (2-Step) $5K $62.10 $69.00 20%
Classic (2-Step) $25K $197.10 $219.00 20%
Classic (2-Step) $100K $485.10 $539.00 20%
Classic (2-Step) $200K $890.10 $989.00 20%
Pro (1-Step) $5K $57.60 $64.00 10%
Pro (1-Step) $25K $182.70 $203.00 10%
Pro (1-Step) $100K $504.00 $560.00 10%
Pro (1-Step) $200K $1,008.90 $1,121.00 10%
One Phase (Instant) $5K $62.10 $69.00 20%
One Phase (Instant) $25K $197.10 $219.00 20%
One Phase (Instant) $100K $485.10 $539.00 20%
One Phase (Instant) $200K $890.10 $989.00 20%

A few points stand out. The Pro (1-Step) plan is cheaper than the Classic plan at the $5K and $25K sizes, but at $200K it costs more ($1,008.90 against $890.10) while listing a lower profit split. The Instant plan's listed prices match the Classic plan at the sizes shown. The 1-Step and Instant options remove one evaluation phase, so the choice depends on whether you prefer a lower cost or a longer, less pressured route.

Profit Split and Trading Rules

This is the area where the site's claims need the closest reading. The marketing copy mentions a profit split of up to 90%. The pricing tables, however, list profit splits of 20% for the Classic and Instant plans and 10% for the Pro plan. These figures may refer to different conditions, such as scaling tiers or specific account stages, but they are not explained in the material we reviewed. Confirm the exact split in the full terms before you commit.

The tables also show a maximum daily loss of 5% and a maximum total loss of 10% for the Classic and Pro plans. For the Instant plan, the daily loss limit is listed as not available, and the figures in the total loss and leverage columns are not clearly labelled. The site lists 100% in the leverage column, which is not a standard leverage ratio, so check the actual leverage available on your account rather than relying on that figure.

Several features from the site's highlights are useful for certain strategies: no trailing drawdown, zero commission per lot, and support for EAs and news trading. Make sure your strategy is allowed under the full rules, especially if you use automated systems or trade around news releases.

Fees, Pricing and Promo Codes

Challenge fees are the main cost you will pay. Using the promo code MYFB10, the tables show a 10% discount on the regular price across every size we checked. The site's current highlight, however, states 24% off the listed price for any challenge. These two offers do not match, so confirm which discount applies at checkout before paying and keep a record of the price you were quoted.

Our database lists a minimum deposit of USD 5,000. Because challenge fees are the amount most traders actually pay, the smallest listed fee is the figure most relevant to beginners. Remember that fees are generally not refundable in the way a trading deposit might be, so only pay what you can afford to lose.

Trading Platforms and Markets

FunderPro supports three platforms: TradeLocker, MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and cTrader. Traders who already know one of these can start without learning a new interface. The available markets are forex, indices, commodities and crypto, and the account currency is USD.

Spreads are not clearly documented in our database. One user review describes spreads as reasonable, but that is a single opinion, so compare the live pricing on your chosen platform during the challenge.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payouts

Challenge fees can be paid by crypto or credit/debit card. Payouts are made through RISE or crypto. The payout frequency is listed as daily, weekly or bi-weekly, which is one of the firm's more distinctive features. Daily payouts are attractive for traders who want quick access to profits, but check whether they apply to all plans and whether there are minimum amounts or approval steps.

Bonuses and Rewards

The site mentions daily rewards alongside the profit split. Beyond the promo codes and the current 24% highlight described above, the material we reviewed does not describe other bonuses in detail. Treat promotional offers as temporary and compare the final price, not the headline discount.

Customer Support

FunderPro lists support as available 24/7. One user review describes quick replies and helpful answers to questions, which is encouraging for a firm of this size. Test responsiveness yourself before buying a large challenge, for example by asking a rules question and noting how clear the answer is.

User Feedback

One published user review is positive. The reviewer, using the name jdon, says daily payouts were the main reason they chose FunderPro, along with the firm's reputation. They describe the rules as fair, the spreads as reasonable and the platform as running without issues, and they would like to see larger account sizes. This is a single experience, so use it as one data point rather than a general verdict.

Who FunderPro Is For

  • Traders who want a lower-cost entry to prop challenges on smaller account sizes
  • Traders who value daily or flexible payout schedules
  • Expert advisor users who need EA support on a funded-style account
  • Traders already comfortable with TradeLocker, MT5 or cTrader

It is less suitable for traders who need confirmed regulation, clear documentation of profit splits and leverage, or the flexibility of a traditional live trading account. If you are comparing firms, you may also want to look at the FundingPips review and the FundedNext review to see how similar challenge models are structured.

Prop trading carries a high risk of losing the challenge fee. Only pay for an evaluation you can afford to lose, and read the full rules before you start.
